well, there are many reasons why i update my blog so retardedly. for one, my home comp sometimes get cranky and i cant enter my blog thru it. therefore, i can only do it when im in nie, using the sch's comp; and since im on hols now, i wun be going to sch, and therefore explains why i seldom update my blog. secondly, if i were to blog daily, i dunno if i have so much to write dat will actually make sense, and is not juz blabbering.
anyway, its been a mth since hols started. this is the last sch hols i'll be enjoying as a student, so im really going to make full use of it. for one, im organizing some gatherings with dear frens. for the uninformed, i seldom organize gatherings - i only wait for pple to organize. but this time round, ive organized one for my nus frens and another with my new army frens. upcoming is another with my mission trip mates and another karaoke session with my new army frens. its kinda nice to organize and see everything unfold and then everyone being able to come together and catch up - in fact, juz seeing their long-time-no-see faces is good enuff, sometimes.
besides dat, ive been catching up on my hobbies, like movie-watching [caught the incredibles and alexander recently (alexander sucks, dun watch it); will want to watch the polar express, ocean's twelve and gongfu too], swimming [been faithfully swimming at least once a wk; this wk, in fact, i swam consecutive for 2 days], running [2 grps of pple i run with: old army frens, for the 4-letter ippt; and some crusaders, for the 8-letter biathlon.. woohoo!], cycling [its been my means of transport to the swimming pool; get to exercise and its free transport somemore] and of coz, karaoke-ing [went with nie classmates liaoz, then muz go with new army frens and then gd old frens].
also, its been a season of remembering for me; and one way to do dat is to pack up my messy rm. in the process, i got to review some old photographs, cards and letters, notes dat i took, etc.. and these brought back wonderful memories dat i will treasure, gd or bad. its a gd way of keeping stock of things/life as well. as such, this x'mas, the content of my x'mas cards will be about remembering gd old frens/frenships - all wonderful blessings the Lord has graciously bestowed upon me. in the Bible, similarly, God's pple have alwaz been forgetful - one moment receiving the abundance of God's grace and blessings freely, yet the nxt moment turning their backs on Him and running after idols of every kind, myself included..
